My passion is empowering and equipping educators to address the challenges they face in their classrooms and on their campuses.

Drawing from my 16-year career as an award-winning classroom teacher, professional development leader, and director of education improvement science across the K-higher education landscape, I help school leaders build communities of practitioners who design and test practical solutions to the most pressing challenges they face day-to-day.

I love the opportunity to work with educators hands-on by facilitating learning-by-doing workshops that engage teachers in the best practices of design thinking and improvement science in education. These in-person or virtual experiences are designed to launch real improvement projects and processes on your campus.

  • Generate curiosity, clarity, and consensus around problems.
